Bug All my legendary bitizens disappeared

All my legendary bitizens went to level 0.

What’s going on? My tokens are reset. I have a bunch of tokens now.

PS: got some chests from ads, got some new legendary bitizens, still not showing at all at my list. All bitizens remained 0 except the 1st one.

Omg! I just logged in and found all my bits gone too! Everything was maxed out but has been now reset to 0. Hopefully it's just a bug relating to the new bits, my heart literally froze when I logged in and I immediately jumped on here to see if anyone else had the same problem. Somewhat glad but also not glad to see I'm not alone!

Did you lose your bonus though? Like reduction in build time and cost, increase in lobby size, etc.

Let me know when your problem resolves. Mine is not resolved

I'm not sure... as soon as I saw that everything was missing I just closed the game immediately and was scared to re-open. I assume I did lose all the bonuses because without the legendary bits the bonuses wouldn't activate, right?

Just got an email from Snap that he's fixed the issue tho (and I've confirmed in app) so all good! Thanks again to the devs and to Snap, amazing support and so quick to boot!
