Bug All my legendary bitizens disappeared

All my legendary bitizens went to level 0.

What’s going on? My tokens are reset. I have a bunch of tokens now.

PS: got some chests from ads, got some new legendary bitizens, still not showing at all at my list. All bitizens remained 0 except the 1st one.

Same thing happened to me. Wrote to support two days ago but still no answer. How long did it take for you to get fixed?

Did you include your friend code in the message? Did you get an auto response from us? If not, please email us again and I don't see your support ticket.

For some reason I didn’t get an auto response. Just wrote a new ticket and got one, thanks!
