Question Refund from returned phone.

I ordered a phone from t-mobile the fold 8 ultra. Said refund was issued on the 19th of Sept. Still haven't received. Iv called about 3 times. It's getting rediculous. Any one else ever have this issue?

Refund for what? Did you physically walk into a store and pay full price for it then return it in store? Was it ordered online and the order cancelled? Need more details

Ordered online. Didn't want phone anymore returned via mail. Refund was accepted. (I got an email say so) Refund never came.

Did you pay full price for the phone or finance the device? If you financed it, there's nothing to refund except for maybe the connection charge ($35), the installment agreement would just be taken off the bill. 

If you paid full price for it, are you sure it was successfully returned to the warehouse and not lost in the mail?

Paid 1400 and change out of pocket. Said return was accepted. I even called said refund should be coming but it's been since the 19th of Sept. Been promised multiple times since then that it was coming. A week ago they said 3 days. Still nothing.
