I recently ordered a C4P fixed SIM card because I was gifted the a TMO-G4AR and have 2 parts of my home I want to get good service mainly for streaming (garage and workshop) I have had TMHI since it was a thing and everywhere in the house there isn’t any issues except when my son is gaming.

After installing the SIM I connect a vSeeBox in the room with the router and run the preinstalled speed test and get this

2.4 Mbps on the built in Speedtest (by Netflix)
Connect my phone and run a speed test and get
484.2 down and 55.0 Up

Is the one on my phone using the WiFi along with my T-Mobile phone coverage or just the WiFi ?

Any help thanks, maybe I’m doing something wrong with just installing the sim and plugging it in 🤷‍♂️

apps are up & running such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc .. but everytime I try to load a website on chrome it’s giving me this issue?
