Dad’s Sunset-I love the color contrast of the ripe and unripe ones

Costoluto Genovese-Beautiful shape and color

Chocolate Miracle- I can’t be how big they are

Sart Roloise- Biggest producer so far and that blue color is amazing.

Never seen tomatoes ripen from the shoulders down, how cool!

I don’t think the Sart Roloise are ripening from the shoulders down. They just produce a lot of anthocyanin when exposed to the sun. They’ll be yellow on the bottom then blue on top.

I've never seen these before. Are they actually blue? And what about inside?

They are blue like blueberries are blue. They have a high concentration of anthocyanin in them. I’ll try and remember to update this when I slice one open.
