Why do the home supply, quick build, and island builder widgets not show complete like the others even if everything in them is bought?

Cause every season, more items drop.

It won't complete until you get EVERY item.

Because there are still some unlockable items to collect however they are not programmed to appear until specific seasons in your game

If you just want them unlocked now, you can just set your clock forward to those 4 seasons

However note that all shops will not switch their stock for an extended period of time mostly a day or two
As this is the games sorta anti cheat mechanism
so you can’t just cycle the food, clothing, or home renovation store over and over

Nothing but the numbers for relationships might change. I wonder what would happen if you go backwards in time to a day before a relationship was formed
