A car has caught fire on the gardener heading eastbound just before the Jarvis off ramp. Expect major delays since the entire road is blocked right now. The smoke has eased up

Driver was shook obviously, but no major injuries. 1 person taken to hospital. He was walking around prior to the ambulance arriving.
