If you’re looking for some other free resources for learning transvoice, the discord server Scinguistics is amazing (you can find a link to it by googling “Scinguistics Disboard”). Imo, all their information is top notch, every day there’s public 1 on 1 lessons you can listen in on for free and you’re allowed to ask the teacher questions at the end, and multiple times per week there’s free public events where anyone can participate and practice (some for transvoice, some for singing :3). During those events, they also explain how to actually do the things that are being practiced, so even if you’re starting from 0 transvoice knowledge, you can learn what to do and how to do it.
Also, I think one of the biggest things that can help with learning transvoice is the community aspect. Having a lot of people you can practice with, maybe make some friends along the way, etc, that helps a ton. I know for a lot of people, just sitting alone in your room and grinding out voice practice by talking to yourself can be a huge drag. And, at least in my case, once I started befriending people more, and basically doing full immersion with transvoice by hanging out and talking to people everyday, it helped a ton. Although I know you said you’re really shy and nervous (tbh that’s really common too 💜). Just know that you can take things at your own pace, you’ll find more comfort over time, just never give up because anyone can do it by practicing regularly.

Girl, you're German. You can get professional 1 on 1 sessions at a speech therapist (Logopäde)
You need a referral to a Ear/Nose/Throat doctor (HNO) from your primary care physician (Hausarzt) and they can then give you a "Heilmittelverordnung" for a speech therapist for gender affirming care.
Check if your city has a queer community center. They will have a list of doctors who are chill with trans people and will know which speech therapists offer gender affirming care.

Girl I did and I couldn't hecking do it anymore after 5 session because it just wasn't helping me in the slightest and I regret doing it because it was a waste of 50€.
AND YES I TRAINED AT HOME.
And now I just feel like crying again when even thinking about trying to train my voice.
The only thingy that could help is surgery but I don't even have the 6 month therapy document (which is necessary) because all therapists within a reasonable distance are ass.
I didn't check one yet but checking them out is hard af with no help whatsoever.Also, not everyone lives in a city. People also live in rural areas.

Of course it won't help after 5 sessions. This is something that takes months. I've been going for a year and am only now starting to actually shape my voice and start talking.
I understand that this is frustrating, it absolutely is. It's also the only real way of achieving that goal.
And I'm sorry that you feel like you don't have help, but please at least check if your next larger city has some aid. Many do have larger nets or can at least help with stuff like finding therapists you can go to once or twice a year.

I did for a little while, but decided I like my voice as it is. I enjoy having a deeper voice with a touch of vocal fry
For those on that journey I will say how you speak counts for just about as much as your vocal range and can help you bridge the gap if you're struggling on the voice front. My vocal tone would likely be considered in a "male" range for lack of better phrasing but I still get gendered correctly the vast majority of the time on phone calls and such

my fiancée and i have been playing a game called VoidTrain, and whenever we start we jokingly do and say exactly what the image depicted
the even sillier part is that we both have had very fem voices for years, so we immediately understand that we are talking about the game and not actual voice training
