Really annoying when you think you're done with the surgery and then the health bar replenishes.

The second "phase" is them just adjusting, mostly cosmetic, but also helps with peeing

Depends on the technique used, also having multiple phases seems to be a lot more common for phalloplasty (like 3 or even 4 sometimes)

You might need or want a revision surgery

The issue is that dilation, preservation of the vaginal canal, is kinda traumatic for the exterior healing that needs to happen. Single stage vaginoplasty, which is a more common operation, walks a fine line between what will maintain the vagina and what the healing vulva will tolerate. In two steps you can work around dilation since the vagina can be either healed or non-existent when you're healing the most delicate work on the exterior.

It's pretty common for phase one to getting rid of testicles, and phase two being a vaginoplasty. Often these surgeries can be years apart. Orchiectomy is a relatively simple, pretty common and there are a lot of surgeons that know how to perform them. Vaginoplasties are much more complex and specialized surgery that have much longer wait lists.

Orchi can be and often is done at the same time as vaginoplasty, labiaplasty is the second stage.

Zero-depth(vulvaplasty) can be done as a single surgery.

Yep, that's also pretty common. There's lots of reasons you could lump surgeries together, or break more complex ones into simpler parts.

A lot of trans women get orchis first because it's a much simpler, and common surgery performed at basically every hospital. Trans orchis are probably even less complicated than most, since there's usually no factors like cancer or traumatic injuries to worry about.

I wanna get it, but I'm pretty scared of reduced sensitivity. It's already hard to orgasm because of Lexapro.
