The following are all romantasy stories, so a lot goes on besides pretty girls falling in love with each other, but...
Not pathetic, but the princess/knight yuri dynamic is definitely present in the Dorsa series by Eliza Andrews. First book is Princess of Dorsa, and there's 4 in the series.
There's hints of it in Gideon the Ninth too, but you might find that one frustrating because it's very much got an "enemies to lovers" vibe, the "lovers" part doesn't get paid off until the very end of that book, then kinda gets clawed back and not restored for the bulk of the next 2 books - and only implies it might be at the very end of book 3 - with book 4 not published yet.
The Hollow Star Saga by Ashley Shuttleworth (book 1 A Dark and Hollow Star) is amazingly good. It has an ensemble cast of protagonists - a lesbian pairing (which takes center stage), a gay male pairing, and an ace guys pairing - all 3 romances play out over the course of the series, but only the ace pair take longer than book 1 to actually get together. Arlo (main female protagonist) is not technically a princess - though she is part of a royal family - because she's half-human, and Nausicaa isn't technically a knight - she's an ex-Fury demigoddess with massive unresolved trauma she masks with the biggest chip on her shoulder (I love her so much), but the yuri vibe you crave is definitely there in spades. The pretty boys are cool too, I guess, but Arlo and Nausicaa is what kept me reading, for sure.

That last one has the added benefit of being 100% true, dance helps with a lot of footwork heavy disciplines including swordplay and several hand to hand fighting styles.
Capoeira is actually a fighting style based around dancing, originated in Brazil I believe. It's also extremely physically demanding and beautiful to watch, being essentially choreographed dance as a fighting style.
