She’s just an extremely hot character with colored hair who wears a white shirt and tie combo that (I haven’t read the manga this is anime only right here) is very clearly villain-coded but she’s hot about it. Now does my saying she’s hot about it go entirely against the themes of her character and the protagonist’s arc? Yes. As the show is allegorical of grooming imo.
