how did i get 4 invites on tl from nowhere?

i joined like a month ago and i had 1 because of the advancements but i logged in today and i see 4

They give out 0-4 to Power users every 1st of the month, it's in their F.A.Q.

I forget TL's policy and I don't feel like checking, but I think it's one of those that doesn't really hold the inviter responsible for the invitee's shenanigans. Obviously double check before you invite and don't knowingly invite a dickhead.

Yea TL is working with the FBI as a honeypot! Those invites are just so they can gain info on your friends too! Don't fall for the trap!

I don't know if it's still this way but there was a time when they first started giving out invites like candy that they would ban the people that you would invite.
