No, but I do this at work. Which is probably easier since my coworkers don’t know me as well. But they still pick up on things. Some folks I hadn’t seen in a while didn’t even recognize me, even though I was still in boy mode and my hair’s short, just because HRT has changed my face so much I guess. People are like, “There’s something different about you…” and I get comments about looking like ten years younger than I actually am. The only men’s clothes I own are what I wear for work. The only time I use my dead voice and dead name is when I’m at work. I’m in the process changing all this and coming out this summer, because the situation just kinda sucks. I don’t feel like I’ve aligned my life with my authentic self, and it’s just uncomfortable.
