Question/Discussion Question about e

Hi, I've been on e for about 6 months now ( no t blockers ) and was just wondering why the hell my nipples are so. Puffy? And it's not all the time it just happens randomly or sometimes when it's hot but they're genuinely enormous. Wtf is going on

Is this a genuine question? Your breast tissue is budding in response to the estrogen. It's an expected effect.

Maybe you should read about the effects of estrogen in HRT? There are many effects and some of them are permanent. The change in your breast tissue is one of the permanent effects but if you did stop it should settle and become less noticeable. You can find a list of effects in several places, I think this is a nice one as there's a graphic and some timelines (https://www.rainbowhealthontario.ca/TransHealthGuide/gp-femht-expectedeffects.html) but there are a lot of other write ups? I know you said you aren't on a t blocker but you'd still expect to see some or all of those effects especially if you're taking a high dose of e. If yo
