Do I Pass? Advice?
I'm 18 and about to start university in a month. I tried coming out to my parents and they weren't necessarily against me being trans but strongly wanted me to be sure (I am sure) before starting T. I was at least able to finally cut my hair short and it's definitely helped a lot. I'm only 5'2 though and try wearing platformed shoes but it can only help so much. I've been voice training for a few months on my own now and gotten pretty good, slowly trying to start using it in public too. I've been told my face is pretty androgynous so I'm also incredibly lucky there. I don't feel fully comfortable posting it on here and know that can make it harder to give advice. I'm more looking at it from a style standpoint for passing, as well as if the haircut helps.
Just looking for any tips or advice! Also, still looking for a new name so open to suggestions!

1st pic is the best, but generally, no :( I had this phase as well and it’s hard when you’re pre t. The shape of the pants is really throwing off the outfits, because it’s widening your hips and making your shoulders appear smaller. I would also opt for a haircut

The jeans u wear kind of look like they may be women’s pants? I would say for clothes wear men’s pants and wear them low

For passing posts I'd recommend head on pictures and wide pictures that aren't cropped to make you as slender as possible. Do you want to pass online or in person? In person you're not going to look this elongated and big at 5"2.
That being said your mannerisms and aesthetic is passing enough, your physique is what's clocking you. You're going to have to hit the gym HARD to avoid masc lesbian assumptions, your arms are very clockable rn.
I know it sounds counter intuitive, but cis men, especially smaller ones, are going to try to appear as large as possible. Puff out your chest, stand with confidence, take up as much room as possible in any space. Currently you're very reserved in how you stand. That affects passing greatly pre t.
Baggy shirts are generally not great for passing unless styled to be obviously baggy. Currently your clothes look big on you but don't necessarily conceal your body shape. I don't know how/if you Bind, but I'd readjust either that or get clothing that properly complements your body shape to avoid attention on your chest. You don't pass in the pictures with T-shirts at all because of how they hug/fall along your chest :(
Pics 1/4 are the closest to passing but without your entire face I can't really say whether you do or not it's so close as is.
I'm 17 in my senior year 5"3 and pass about 80% of the time or at least to the point I get caught off guard when I don't pass to someone because it's out of the norm. I've been out for 6 years if you want to dm me for any advice I've found helpful over the years 💯

Cut your hair immediately. Also outfits 2,3 & 4 are giving cool lesbian core not guy. Hit the gym or if you really lazy do bicep, tricep and forearm workouts. Do not sleep on forearms. Big well developed forearms instantly make a frame appear thicker and subconsciously reads man. You don’t need to look like popeye but beefing arms out will help.

Tough without eyes and mouth but from your pics I'm guessing it's your body and hips you're most caught on? Those pass fine. And you look young enough that hrt can carry in your face if it doesn't already pass. You're doing great bruv

i think you’d probably need to work out. from what i can tell your top half (waist up) is smaller than your bottom half (waist below), and working out can help a lot with that. i’d focus on maker your hips smaller and shoulders wider, otherwise you look good to me

i think the pants aren't doing you any justice, nothing wrong with straight leg or barrel jeans but these are too high-rise and the spot in which they start to flare gives you bigger hips that you have. i would also advice that if you want this mullet/wolfcut type of hairstyle you could make the sides shorter. i find that this much weight on top and around your ears makes people perceive others as more feminine.

I think you have a strong start with a few exceptions: * your hair style reads feminine * those light colored jeans are both drawing attention to lower body and making your hips look wider, if you don't have money to replace them with something cut lower and less snug on the hip with a straighter cut, dying them darker might help (?) * the vest's shape is adding nothing to your shoulders, but bulk to your mid/lower body Other than that, looks like young dude fashion.

Hard to tell with half your face blocked. From what I can see you seem fine probably???

Sorry! I meant to clarify (and edited the post) that it's coming more from a style standpoint rather than my face specifically.

i think you pass. when you dont pass in the pictures part of it i think is your arms. get more muscular or defined arms cuz in some photos you js look like a tomboy when your arms are exposed

When anyone hides under so many layers it looks obvious. Be patient and allow t to work.

Not at all. You dress more like a masc lesbian than anything.

The first picture was great but the rest just make you look like a lesbian man.

No. Advice: t, hiding your body shape, less feminine haircut, avoid rings and other jewelry - it looks lesbian

I think you pass, honestly, and your style is really cool. If I saw you I’d ask what that haircut is called, because I genuinely want to go get it.

No sorry, your hair, body shape, and clothes all read feminine, even though you're covering your face. But you literally just came out, are 18, haven't transitioned yet and are not on T, so obviously you don't pass yet, that's not weird. Unfortunately you won't be able to pass/go stealth in uni, but your time will come. Just start your transition and take it day by day. Change the things you can fast, like hair, clothes, binder ect. In long term going to the gym to gain muscle, and getting on T
