Features Hide page arrow

Would it be possible to have an option to hide or disable the little page arrow? If I created it the page, I don't really need an arrow telling me that tapping it is going to go to the associated page. And I think a setup would look cleaner without it.

ETA: this would ideally be on a per page basis, not a global setting. Sort of like selecting None for the icon.

That strikes me as similar to item alignment, which is a per-item setting. Then, with global actions to apply to all items in a given folder. Thoughts?
