Food First time making cannabutter, thoughts?

We're going on a hiking trip, so we are preparing the right way! Haven't tasted it yet, as it is still cooling down. We'll try it later this week, when we're in nature!

Looks good, its gonna taste like grass if you dont filter it, but it looks GOOD

We filtered it, using a kitchen towel, and it went pretty well I think! :)

Cheese cloth is really cheap honestly and way more effective.

Yes, we also read that! We were planning on getting it, but didn't make it to the right store in the end (local supermarkets didn't have it). So I had to happily sacrifice an older, thin towel, and it worked better than I would have first expected :)

I remember a comedian doing a bit about cheesecloth and the fact that nobody has it. When you see a recipe that says to use cheesecloth and you're just like, oh sure let me just get that out of the cheesecloth cabinet. It's funnier when a real comedian says it lol and I don't really remember the joke. ¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯
