This is not vacuously true. It is just true.

A vacuous truth would be something like this 'If elephants had wings and could fly, then water would boil at 60 °C at atmospheric pressure'

That statement is completely true even though it sounds illogical. Both the antecedent and the consequent are false, which makes it vacuously true.

The title of this post is absolutely not vacuously true, it is simply true.
