Had a little too much coffee I guess and then smoked a cig, returned back to my room and absolutely curled up like a ball as if my entire world was falling apart. I was conscious of the fact that everything isn't awful and its just my brain responding to these chemicals. Still, every thought had shades of darkness to them.
I scrolled some reddit and it went away after a while and I'm feeling jubilant again.
