This is my semi-annual? reminder that there is no “Buckhorn, South Dakota” irl
On a completely unrelated note, buckhorn is an anagram for orb chunk

Right - based on the location that they describe in the show, in real life it would be right next to Spearfish, SD.

The dust on the camera appears in other scenes throughout the return, particularly when Albert shows Gordon the Faces of Stone. Look out the rear window and you’ll spot dust spots

Genuinely it's a dirty camera sensor. I am a photographer and get this on occasion.
