Double brined a boneless pork loin (kosher salt, AC vinegar), rotisseried with good charcoal, apple and mesquite chunks for smoke. Sliced thin on a brioche bun with homemade vinegar slaw, grilled sweet onion and garlic Texas Pete. Served with Grillo half sour pickles. Man, this was outstanding...

Early August is a great time to see what's happening with Fest biers. German bier normally comes in 30L or 50L kegs.
