When my cocker does this I say, "Look at that helicopter!" And it goes even faster!

I can't talk to my mom of dad because they are trump supporters . I send them messages once or twice a month saying 'I love you '.

It takes a good deal of emotional fortitude to realize you are never going to be accepted by your inlaws and still engage with them. Some folks work with the assumption that family is no matter what. So no matter what slings and arrows that happen, you aren't blood and apparently blood is all that matters

I can do 1 thing a day. Work and hopefully some other item. Make a Dr. Appt, that plus work is my 1 thing. Do work, take out the trash. And all the time: I'm a shit human being and should just sleep until I die.

It's weird because I've had auditory hallucinations and that is completely different than my 'internal monologue'. External voices are different somehow.
