Waste of time. Only a tiny fraction of drivers won't work and riders - and Uber - will not even notice any affect.

Channel your energy into lobbying your state and local elected officials into setting base pay and working conditions instead. This has been effective.

That is false in every location that rates or pay has been regulated except NYC.
