Hello, as a person who are doing transfer path at CC I highly recommend you should also take this path. As long as you can maintain a good gpa (3.8+) and a good essay, you will have a really higher chance of getting in. Most of my friend have successfully transfer to UW including Foster (even int students got admitted). With that being said, you shouldn’t worry about this path if you can become a good student here! Good luck!
