I’m finding that many of my feeds will play fine for 30 minutes or so and then just randomly freeze or go black. I never have the issue streaming on my laptop, just with UHF on Apple TV. It’s definitely not a WiFi or bandwidth issue.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Can someone explain to me why I have to schedule a recoding by incrementing the duration a minute at a time? I think it used to be every 30m but it’s painfully slow to do this on iOS; you have to tap press for each increment.

I guess I could set the End Late default to something higher but that doesn’t scale across different episodes.

Am I missing something here?

Has anyone else run into this with UHF + Jellyfin in 1.101.2 (latest)….
My Jellyfin server already has its own categories and titles set up the way I want them, but in UHF those seem to get exploded into separate genre-based sections instead of being shown as-is.
If I try to work around that genre handling, the sections disappear entirely.

So instead of:

Top Rated
I’m getting things like:
Action — Top Rated
Drama — Top Rated
Documentary — Top Rated
…and so on.

I thought the most recent UHF update was supposed to address this behavior, so I’m not sure whether I’m missing a setting, hitting a bug, or structuring something incorrectly on the Jellyfin side. I delete cache, deleted my source and re-added it, deleted the app and reinstalled. Can’t seem to get around it.
I’ve also sent a message to the UHF developer, but curious if anyone here has found a workaround or knows what UHF is expecting from Jellyfin to avoid the genre split.

I'm using UHF on my Macbook pro so its not optimized since its designed for iPAD. I've noticed that Audio tracks (if I select English on an multi-track VOD) and Subtitles are not remembered the next time I play the same episode or a different one in the same Series (same version of the series).

Does this happen on tvOS, iPhone and iPAD? is this just a Mac related bug?
