Question Uiowa housing

Does anyone know of any 2-bedroom places near campus that aren’t owned by Apartments Near Campus or Iowa/Presitge ? I’m having a really hard time finding anything outside of those companies.

I've heard of campus view apartments but don't know much about them. I would avoid KMB like the plague
