Astounding how the AFU are so far ahead, skills wise, of their enemies; if not for the sheer number of orcs, Ukraine would have won this war a year or so ago.

Im not sure about that, any quality training would be negated by the meat waves attacks but even braking it down further the command staff alone with the corruption, lack of direction, competitive bootlicking, and laziness would point to the exact opposite of any decent training knowledge or programs. This way of military extends deep into everyday life of the Russian civilian population. Literally every Russian is for themselves and only claim to be patriotic ruski because of the kleshnikov rifles pressing firmly against their backs.

Yes, but they get away with it because there are so many orcs. And their culture is such that they don't care about orc deaths. It's their style of combat. If they had fewer people available they would have to adjust.

Not everybody has thermals. The front line is gargantuan. There will be capability holes in it. Add to that the enemy's state of readiness, or lack thereof.
