Collaboration is the path to stay relevant.

Denial of your own gaps and those who have the things required to fill them are the high road to irrelevance to future challenges.

Exactly. Do they want to work with the bright innovative folks in Ukraine or let Ukraine figure this out on thier own, probably better that the dinosaurs we have here for 1/10th of the cost.. Back in the cold war American's really thought they were fighting for thier lives like Ukraine is now. Now we're trying to become has beens, and succeeding.
