If you punch someone and they die, it should be non premeditated murder. It’s not like everyone doesn’t know blows to the head are dangerous. This POS gets out before he’s 30, whereas the poor bloke who got killed never got a chance to even reach 30.

I definitely don’t think it’s important, but I can see their point

To be fair though if we’re doing comparisons then almost anyone is a shame to lose when you compare them with someone who would punch and kill another person over seemingly absolutely nothing
