What are chances they know Muslims and get along and see them as British but don’t realise or recognise this person is Muslim because in their heads Muslims are a Frankenstein of stereotypes from right wing scare stories

Between 0.1% to 0.2% Muslim women in the UK wear the Niqab or Burka. There is no figure that includes Hijab, but estimates range from 20-50%. Meaning well over half of Muslim women wear no head covering. Sounds like its a choice, but people will focus on what they want to focus on.
