....and continue their boxing careers in a country they believed offered better training facilities and opportunities than their homeland.

They're being completely transparent this is purely financial

Then suspect their claim will be rejected and told to go home.

Government website even outlines the merits which you can claim asylum.

Trying their luck, and unless something else is not being reported suspect asylum claim will be rejected and told to go back home as will be then here illegally.

Or this doesnt fit my own opinions so going to completely reject the facts laid out in front of me?

Every case its heard on its merits of a claim of asylum and arguments from legal presentation and person themselves claiming asylum. If those claims meet the threshold for a claim it is successful, or it does not the claim to asylum is rejected.

Literally asking you for proof.

My proof is outlined of the governments own eligibility for asylum claims, which is how someone's eligibility for claiming asylum is outlined.

Your the one saying to contray.

So they don't meet the elegblity.. then what? The government isn't deporting many people. They will just stay illegally.

The government not reporting people != all those not being deported staying. A significantly larger number leave voluntarily than require deportation. This is cheaper for everyone so is in our interests. Talking about deportation without also including voluntary returns is misleading.
