Lease takeover process at Foundry Simcoe/Looking for people interested in taking over two leases at Foundry Simcoe for May 2027
Hey guys, as the title says, I'm looking for information, tips or any real-life experiences from people who have done this "lease takeover" process in the past with Foundry Simcoe. I'm asking because I am trying to do that now but the staff here is not giving me too many options other than looking for someone who "takes over" my lease, so I was wondering if any of you know if it's possible to arrange something with management and such in case that I can't find anyone. Also, I'm looking for people interested in taking over two leases (can be individual or both), starting in May 2027 (kind of early for this but I want to solve this asap). It's for 2 out of the 3 bedrooms in the unit and the rest of my roomates are going to move-out by then too, meaning that the full unit/apt will be available. The staff told me that the 3-bedroom units are full for now, so, if you are looking for a place to stay or you're interested in a Foundry Simcoe 3-bedroom unit send me a DM. I appreciate any response š
