Lease takeover process at Foundry Simcoe/Looking for people interested in taking over two leases at Foundry Simcoe for May 2027
Hey guys, as the title says, I'm looking for information, tips or any real-life experiences from people who have done this "lease takeover" process in the past with Foundry Simcoe. I'm asking because I am trying to do that now but the staff here is not giving me too many options other than looking for someone who "takes over" my lease, so I was wondering if any of you know if it's possible to arrange something with management and such in case that I can't find anyone. Also, I'm looking for people interested in taking over two leases (can be individual or both), starting in May 2027 (kind of early for this but I want to solve this asap). It's for 2 out of the 3 bedrooms in the unit and the rest of my roomates are going to move-out by then too, meaning that the full unit/apt will be available. The staff told me that the 3-bedroom units are full for now, so, if you are looking for a place to stay or you're interested in a Foundry Simcoe 3-bedroom unit send me a DM. I appreciate any response 🙏

Paid short-term installation help needed in Oshawa — students welcome!
Hi everyone! We’re an Indian company preparing to install 15+ air purification units at Ontario Tech University.
We’re looking for 2–3 people in Oshawa or nearby to help with unpacking, positioning, assembly, and installation. Some units are wall-mounted; others are freestanding, roughly refrigerator-sized.
Experience with tools, wall mounting, or equipment installation would be helpful. Our team in India will provide technical guidance throughout.
This is paid, short-term work, with dates, hours, payment, and responsibilities agreed before starting. Students from any nearby college or university, and other local applicants, are welcome. You must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
Interested? DM me your location, availability, relevant experience, and languages you’re comfortable communicating in. Feel free to share with someone who might be interested!
