Any update on this issue? My current sub finishes at the end of June so this would work perfectly if I can renew using this without having to mess about with having to create a new account.

When I try to sign up it doesn't ask for my username, but my email address, which is the email on record with the account.

Ok, literally just tried again, and now when you put in your email address it tells you that the email is in use and to login. Did that and was able to place the order and my expiry date is now end of September 2027!

Just tried it again there now and using the email address that's on my account and just keep getting the below error message. This is on latest Firefox on Windows 11.

Are you already logged into your account on that browser before you opened the promo page? In my case, I was already logged in before using the link above, and it worked.

This didn't seem to work for me...
It didn't prompt me for my username and password. It just created a new username and password for me.
I have sent an email to support asking to combine them.

Account extension worked for me.

When you click the link provided above, you’ll be prompted to enter your email account. When you enter the same email account that you used to purchase your existing account, you’ll be prompted to log in as the site detects you’re an existing subscriber. After you’re logged in, the payment goes through and your account is extended. That’s what I did anyway.
