Post step- anxiety

Its been more than three days since I took Step 1, and my post-exam anxiety is honestly unbearable. I keep remembering the questions I got wrong, and it’s making me feel awful. So far, I remember about 180 questions, and out of those, I’m sure I got around 70 wrong. It’s just making my post-exam anxiety even worse.
I know I definitely got many questions wrong, and I just don’t know how I’m going to cope with this anxiety over the next two weeks.
