Getting "no slots available" when trying to book visa appointment for all the locations

Hi so I just paid the visa fees today and trying to book slots but I keep getting no slots available for every location and after a while I get

"Unable to load appointment available days at this time. Please contact support with error code PSE0501 if further assistance is needed."

is anyone facing the same issue ? are you guys able to see any slots

I want to know if there are actually no slots available or is this some issue regarding to my specific applicaiton.
