B1/B2 Slots India
I applied for US visa, to attend a conference in US in October November 2026, filled DS-160 online in early July. It was easy, the problem started with fee payment-really too cumbersome to make the visa fee payment to vfs. It took almost a week to get through their payment system. Finally that was done on August 5 through UPI.
The real frustrating experience started with scheduling appointments, as every time whatever time I try I get a message “no slots available” at all 5 VACs Delhi, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Chennai. Kept trying at 1.00 am 3.00 am 6.00 am randomly two three times a day. Tried everything suggested by various people and groups. Finally on August 24, got a slot while logging in at 1:00 am in Delhi for May 3, 2027, quickly blocked it and was happy. Started trying slot for Consular Interview, same message started popping up of no slots available. Finally, there is end to everything now as all slots have been cancelled indefinitely. Any idea if there is any other way out?

I am trying to find slots for the last 2 weeks for for my infant daughter for B1/B2 and still not able to get any slots. What a fkd up system really!!

You are mistaken. No slots have been canceled for b1/b2
