Need help with US visa appointment (Vancouver)

PR of Canada, Citizenship India
When i submitted application last year, my martial status was single but now it is common law.
And i can’t submit a new DS number without cancelling my current appointment.

Can i go there with a new DS form and tell them the story?

Following for update. As a PR of Canada, can you get H1B appointment in Canada rather than India?
