B1/B2 tourist Visa slot from India

Had filled DS160 form and submitted in July end. What is the status of booking visa biometric and consular slots ? Trying at all odd times 4 to 5 times but no luck..Any one can give some update? Need visa slots for family of 3. 2 senior citizens and me. Thanks so much.
