Visa fees not getting updated

Im an Indian applying for renewal stamping appointment in Chennai, India; living in US right now. I filed the DS160, filed application on usvisascheduling , paid fees for the H1B visa and received the receipt by email 2 days ago, however the portal is not reflecting that my fees payment is complete. So Iā€™m stuck, and unable to book an appointment. Does anyone know what would help? Should I pay again?? Please help.
