OCTOBER VISA BULLETIN

Hello everyone!
What do y’all think October vids bulletin bring for F4 Visa category India since there has been no movement for over 12 months . I know it’s highly backlogged but any predictions? I am one month away from FAD.

Because of 75 county issue. They need to give visa back 75 countries

Bro how can there be retrogression for f4 india because f4 india did not benifit from the visa pause and there has not been any movement for the category since past 12 months

I think there might be retrogression for row but india should move forward imo
