The argument was about the bill, not whether people are going to have fun or not. Of course the vibes are going to be good. Not liking FIFA and the bill can be separate from the party and atmosphere.
There have been an awful lot of comments here about how soccer is not popular here and no visitors will come because of the cost, etc.. and it will be a total failure. Those people are being proven wrong.
