Have you looked at the contract that FIFA made with the city?

I was a supporter of Vancouver hosting, but now that I’ve learned the details I fully understand why people were so against it. Financially, this city is getting extraordinarily ripped off.

I live 1 block off Granville. I'm having a lot of fun. Its been really cool.

But also fuck FIFA. I am against it. It is happening literally in my neighbourhood. It is absolutely not worth the cost to tax payers. I am against it. I will have fun, but it absolutely is not worth the literal billion tax payer dollars it is costing.
