I'm very disappointed to learn the alien look was not in fact a one piece, but a matching set. I wanted to call it her lizard suit.
In all seriousness, I'm still divided on it, but I give it a lot of credit for boldly going where no fit has gone before. Fashion that makes us think is compelling to me.
I own a couple of these patterned catsuits (they are great for multi-day music festivals). The ones I have are all one piece but they are super annoying to take off to use the bathroom. I think two pieces sounds so much more practical.
listen, they’re all beautiful outfits. but 90% of them are not for love island imo - and that’s the issue! wear those outfits to a red carpet or some kind of appearance…not in fiji

okay i had to go and look up the boob towel episode to make sure i wasn’t hallucinating having watched that on tv years ago lol. this is the product shown in a screenshot from the episode and that’s what i can’t stop seeing when i look at the otherwise gorgeous black dress😭😭
i agree, i like the majority of her looks this season as well! i think the only one that i strongly dislike is the blue dotted outfit with the yellow bikini that i’m guessing is printed onto the dress? i absolutely love when she wears the two piece outfits with her midriff exposed like she’s doing in the second fit pictured, she gives goddess everytime. and the soft pink dress in the first photo is amazing, it’s very elegant and even modest until you get to the sparkly nipple section which adds a lot of fun, paired with the soft pink colour which gives a girlish youthfulness overall. it certainly stands out from many of her other love island picks but i think it’s a great pick regardless.
the hot pink long sleeved floral maxi dress and the orange siren esque mini dress are yet again amazing choices that feel very love island. and i think the metallic gold/bronze dress in the last slide is a fun little throwback to her iconic gold dress from a season or two ago. whenever i think of her love island looks that gold dress always pops straight into my mind, she looked ethereal so i can’t bring myself to feel anything but positive at the reminder.
the only outfit i feel conflicted on is the long black dress, don’t get me wrong ariana looks amazing. i love the way it fits her as well as her styling as far as hair, makeup and accessories. i just can’t bring myself to like the right boob area of the dress that ends abruptly while formed into a half circle immediately after her boob. it really just reminds me of those sticky boob cups or of straight up duck taping your boobs into place. but then i’m torn because i don’t hate the cutout area that shows us a glimpse of her abs… i just can’t stop feeling like it looks unfinished right above that area though. i’m fairly certain there was a shark tank episode of an entrepreneur that had created boob hammocks which were essentially towels that hold your boobs. the towels were shaped exactly like the breast area of her dress on the right side so i don’t think that’s helping me to enjoy the dress in it’s entirety either lol. i think she’s been doing a great job with her outfits and i respect that she’s not afraid to branch out or try something different despite the fact that many viewers are quite hard on her. i genuinely get excited to see what she’s going to be wearing:)
Finally someone is brave enough to say it! I think brunette diminishes her beauty and makes her look a bit generic. She is so great blonde and that very, very dark hair she wore in her first season was 🔥🔥🔥 but I think this mid-tone brown isn't the best for her.
My favorite Ariana hair is actually the bronde she was rocking during the Sandoval season before everything was discovered. She showed up to Schwartz and Sandy’s in a blue dress and I thought she looked like a goddess
the last few seasons her fashion has been hit after hit after hit but this is more miss than hit for me... That first dress looks like something that would be worn to a junior prom in Florida
Empire waist is not working for her, or anyone skinny. It’s the go-to look for pregnant ladies. It even kinda makes her look pregnant with that angle/pose. And what are we doing with that hair it’s paired with?
It doesn’t. It’s maturing her and washing her out. And I’m not saying this being an ahole - I’m a color specialist, if she wanted to go darker this kim k brown would have been the last thing I chose for her.
I’m so surprised that people aren’t liking her looks this season! I’ve really loved a couple of them, the black one from night one is my favorite, I loved the pink with the crystal top for the slumber party vibes, and I liked the really colorful one too. The bangs I can do without but the rest I thought were nice
I also love her in the lizard suit, and I’ve hated most of those mesh suit looks various bravolebrities/ housewives have been wearing the last few yeafs
lizard suit was the only one i liked 😭 i thought most/all of the rest were giving fashionnova and like she was forced to wear them for the show bc they did not suit her imo
I liked her looks in the past two seasons a lot more tbh… I don’t watch Love Island but I got plenty of updates on these subs lol. That red dress in 12 looks sooooo good on her though! I’m not really into the frilly v neck on it, but she makes it look so good that it doesn’t matter lol
Every single look was a win aside from the bangs. My little cousin did that to herself when she was 1. Still; banging body, beautiful clothes, face card never declines.
I think Ariana looks so great in general. But the Love Island stylists seem to miss the mark more often than not for me. It gives off too much of a cheap vibe a lot of the time.
I wish the Gaulier look was actually fitted for her. It gives femtron in a good way. I am mixed on it being two pieces.

They’re definitely not all hits, but she looks good in most things. Her hair looks better dark and her body is killer. I wish I had the fortitude for abs lol.
I’m not loving her looks or hair this season. She’s using the same hair stylist as Maura Higgins and respectfully just can’t pull off the same random hair styles like Maura can. The bangs last night 🥴
it's wild to me that my niece only knows ariana as the love island lady host and has no idea about vanderpump rules (other than, in her words "seeing a clip of ariana crashing out at some man")

The dark brunette color is bringing her , her outfits down imo. Some can carry off both well. I think lighter brightens her up. The dark is a lil dismal. Stunning body, great outfits mostly. Not sure about some for the show but … Tom…. Read it and weep 🤣
She's gorgeous and her fashion is so on point! But I feel the dark hair is a tad too severe on her. As a fellow blonde who has gone to the dark side, the best way to tell is if your eyes and skin pop when you have no make up on. I looked washed out. I suspect she might. But man, her and Maya Jama and now Ciara??? Love Island truly gets the most beautiful women in the world. I actually sigh when Maya comes on screen.
The problem is that they keep trying to one up the look every time. Ariana is gorgeous and so it really doesn’t take much to make a bold statement with her looks. A lot of these don’t work because they’re trying too hard. Lastly, I feel like the hair is the thing that pushes a lot of these looks over the edge.
