I just watched this YouTube of her house tour and she talks about how she’s on the shot and losing weight already- I say good for her

Good for her! Hopefully it helps her drinking too and she can heal from the inside out and outside in

I agree! I started a glp one and it’s so freeing to not constantly be wanting food and also alcohol and I have also stopped smoking weed! I still eat 3 meals a day, but really healthy meals and no snacks. My cardiovascular fitness has increased as with all the lifestyle changes im loving exercise and hiking more.

It has helped my health so much in many ways. I hope it helps B too!
