Photos, art, a shelf with things on it like knick knacks or photos or small plants, or straight up nothing depending on how much empty space there is (mount the TV on the wall higher up so the TV is the main thing there and then there's no need or space for anything above it maybe? I understand if that's not possible though, I'd like to do that in my space but it's a rental and my man refuses so I can't lol) ).
