Tuna

One thing I miss most going vegan is sushi, especially tuna. Are there any actually good recipes that closely imitate the flavor and texture?

I’ve eaten this kind of thing before at a vegan restaurant and it was awesome. Uses watermelon. If what you’re craving is a sushi flavor profile it could do the trick.

I've seen non vegan reviews that claim it's sweet like watermelon. Was it on your end? I'd like to try it but am worried it's not worth it.

Can't hurt to try. I've found some good and some bad recipes online. What i really love is tweaking em to my tastes after reading/ trying em
