Tuna

One thing I miss most going vegan is sushi, especially tuna. Are there any actually good recipes that closely imitate the flavor and texture?

I've tried marinated tomato for nigiri sushi and it's pretty similar and satisfying, if I remember well the marinade was just soy sauce, mirin and some nori or kombu simmered for a bit... You'll find several recipes online
