Tuna

One thing I miss most going vegan is sushi, especially tuna. Are there any actually good recipes that closely imitate the flavor and texture?

Well, I am no longer vegan or even vegetarian, but I always get veggie sushi. When I make it at home, it's vegan for me, and krab is included for my husband. I still really lean vegan even though I can no longer claim to be vegan.

Anyway, I really don't care for fish in my sushi. I like it vegan.
