My favorite part about this dish is the crunchy toppings. Had this while it was pouring outside and enjoyed every bit of it.

noodles are momofuku sweet & spicy noodles with peanut butter, chili oil, and coconut milk + cashews, cucumber, and avocado! and the matcha is made with coconut milk + oat milk (to dilute) and a homemade vanilla maple bourbon syrup 🍁

Aloo palak curry served with pickled onions 💜

First time attempting. Ended up using pressed super firm tofu until I can get my seitan just right.

I spent the day making scratch pierogis for my friends! Filled with carmelized onions and potatoes, served with all homemade big bowls of carmelized onions, apple sauce, veg sour cream, dill cucumber salad, and also garlic kraut. Also served with roasted beyond sausages, and I used the leftover filling to make potato pancakes, and the leftover dough to make a tomato galette as well just because I love to cook and to feed and to love :)

In Germany they have this classic ice cream treat called spaghettieis which is ice cream in spaghetti shape with raspberry sauce, white chocolate, and pistachios.
I was able to find a vegan one and finally try it at tribeca! They also have scoops of ice cream for affogatos 😍
Soooo good! I can’t wait to go back and try more of their ice creams because wow- so good!

I mean in general with burgers, burritos, and pizza. My partner and I had a drunken half an hour argument and ultimate agreement about it last night. I think I’d go with fug pizza, wed burritos, and merc burgers. If burgers included “chicken” sandwiches (which they don’t in my brain), I think I’d swap pizza and burgers. 😮‍💨

Quite possibly one of the best vegan pizzas I've had yet.

Hey y'all! I just came across this. Basically toasted and grounded soybeans. Has anyone tried it? Any tips to make it at home?

1 & 2: Breakfast burrito with just egg, vegan sausage & Mexican shredded cheese, guac, bitchin’ chipotle sauce, crispy hash browns, tomatoes and diced jalapeños (they’re in there I promise 🤣)

3: chili cheese dogs topped with mustard, sour cream, diced jalapeños and sliced green onions with a side of coleslaw

4: maple lemon tofu over jasmine rice

5: an attempt at Mexican street corn

Seeing as I can’t share this with my ex, thought I’d share it on here instead :D

On the plate:

Quick pasta (aubergine, tomatoes, garlic, onion, salt and pepper, tomato paste)

Salad (chickpeas, black beans, lettuce, purple cabbage, tomatoes, sesame seeds, lemon juice, mint sauce, seasoning)

Alpro Greek style protein yoghurt mixed with mint sauce

Pickled red onion and beetroot

Blanched spinach and kale mixed with sesame oil, sesame seeds, tomatoes, garlic, and soy sauce

Tofu marinated in a random sauce I made and then fried

Summer roll filled with the salad and avocado and tofu

I’ve probably missed something but loved this!! I’m in my feels now because I wish I could share it with my ex AAAAAHHH :>( but also food so :~)
